Born in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the initiator of the project, Placide Mpuni Ngudi grew up in the middle class in the city of Kinshasa and by observation, he always had a close look at the situation that the Democratic Republic is going through of the Congo in general and the glaring misery of human society characterized by several evils which erode the existential sense of the human being in the world in general and in DR Congo in particular.
Having worked with several organizations, concern for others never ceased to grow and the desire to always serve others became the center of her aspirations. By individual initiative, several charitable actions were carried out on their own funds: assistance with the schooling of some young people, assistance for the sick, coaching of unemployed young people.
Every contribution helps provide shelter, food, and care to those in need. Together, we can rebuild lives and hope.

Samaritano, INC mission will aim to materialize its vision based on the following axes.
Accompany Congolese immigrants to the USA in general and young people in particular for integration into American society in order to realize the American dream.
Provide assistance to Congolese in distress in the Congolese community in NC or in other states in the USA as needed and necessary.
Seek and mobilize the intellectual, material and financial means essential to the achievement of its objectives.
Send various assistance to the needy and deprived in different cities in the Democratic Republic of Congo according to request and approved studies.
Lead projects in agriculture, technology, art, health, education, food security, and community development across DR Congo and Africa.
Promote democracy, community peace, and the defense of human rights in the Democratic Republic of Congo through national and international partners.
